I’ve been spending a ton of time lately with my sewing machine, which has been so much fun for me! I went through a period where I was hardly sewing at all, and I missed it a lot. I have an enormous list of sewing projects bookmarked on my laptop, but when I came across this particular tutorial, I knew I had to get started on it right away.
I have been addicted to making these dresses for Grace!
The tutorial is actually for girl’s top, but I added some length and width to turn it into a dress. It is SO EASY!!! And they are so cute!!

But the best part? They are REVERSIBLE!!!

So when my little darling spills something on herself (which is often,) instead of hyperventilating with my Tide pen, I can just flip it inside out and voila! New dress!
Not wanting to leave out my little man, I found a size large men’s Power Rangers t-shirt on the clearance rack at Target and turned it into a super cool pajama t-shirt and shorts. He is happy!
I also found an awesome Liberty bag on clearance at Target for $4.98! It was an adorable pattern, but only had a couple skimpy pockets on the inside –and to me, a bag without pockets is like a morning without coffee – totally useless!
So I picked up one of these throw pillow covers – also on clearance -
And with a little tweaking, I now have a perfect pocket tote bag with a matching zipper case!
Thanks for letting me share all of my goodies with you! Still many more projects to go, but at least I’ve made a dent!
And for the biggest project of all – here is the 24 week baby belly picture:
All is going well with Baby Brother!
