Apple Picking

One of the great things about living in New York is all of our amazing apples!

I admit, some years I am lazy and just buy them at the store.  But it is always much more fun to pick them ourselves, especially now that the kids get so into it!

Liam adores apples, and he must have eaten a dozen on our little apple-picking venture.

After a while, he was really getting the hang of shining up his apples on his shirt!

We had a great time at the orchard, and came right home and made applesauce and apple pie.  Yum!
