And We're Off!

Today is the big day! We are setting off on the biggest vacation adventure we've ever experienced as a family! I came down with strep throat on Thursday, and after 36 hours of feeling like one of the undead, I am finally starting to get back to normal, just in time for our departure. Here's a wrap-up of what we have planned over the next two weeks:

July 4th - July 7th : Our very first LPA convention in NYC!

July 5th : Seamus' 4th Birthday! Hooray!

July 7th - July 8th : Overnight at my aunt and uncle's house in NJ, and a ride on the Cape May Ferry

July 8th - July 9th : Overnight in either Virginia or Rocky Mount, NC

July 9th - July 18th : Myrtle Beach vacation!

I am really hoping to chronicle our adventures along the way, so please check back for some pictures and updates! The car is packed, maps at the ready, GPS is programmed...just waiting on some Dunkin' Donuts from Poppy, and we are READY TO GO!

Happy 4th of July everyone!

That sounds like a great vacation! Happy 4th of July. Happy 4th Birthday Seamus. I didn't realize his birthday was going to be during the conference. How fun. Have a fabulous time.

Hope you are having a great time in NYC! I'm so jealous that you are hitting Myrtle Beach, we aren't going this year (who knows, we might just make an impromptu trip with the RV, but that's pretty far of a drive)!
