Hula-rious!

I just came across this in my uploading and had to share because it is so darn funny.
Last month at the Sock Hop, my dad organized a hula-hoop contest for the kids. There were some great hula-ers out there, and Seamus got a kick out of watching it. A couple of days later, I found him in his room with a glow-in-the-dark necklace around his waist.
"What's that, Seamus? Your belt?" I asked him.
"No, it's my hula-hoop," he said.

I was dying laughing, and of course couldn't wait to see him try it out! Here's a video of him imitating the hula-hoopers he saw, with my dad providing the background music. (And please ignore the mess in my house. It was...well...I wish I had a good excuse, but apparently it was just a mess that day.) Enjoy!

OK. I just LOVED that dance. Does Seamus name his dances? Liz has just started to name her dances. We've got the peacock dance, the sausage dance, and the list goes on and one. Before she "performs" she has someone announce her and the name of the dance. Isn't this such a fun age!!

Caitlyn and I got a kick out of watching Seamus dance. She said, "What is he doing? He looks silly!" I love when parents post videos because it really gives the rest of us an idea of the kids personalities that we can't see through pictures! Keep the videos coming!

So hilarious. Tell your dad he can DJ the next Raab event! LOL! Seamus is so cute I was laughing so hard at his jumping and shaking. This is one for the ages. And I failed to see any mess in your living room. Cannot wait to show this to Preston tomorrow!

LOL Seamus is so cute! Steve and I really enjoyed that video. And your dad does a very impressive Wipeout. I think I even heard the accents on the right beats!
